The Challenge
• Retail and wholesale operations across Congo in multiple locations meant a system that could sync all
of those to the Head Office was required.
• At the same time a live & complete view of the whole enterprise was needed at the HO level.
• Bad Internet, especially in the remote areas are commonplace, which lead to serious lapses & gaps in
communication & co-ordination.

Initially, we had just two stores, but after implementing SAP Business One alongside B1Bazaar, we gained better control over every aspect of our business. Thanks to the effectiveness of this solution, we were able to expand and open six more stores.
