B1 Cloud is ERP software on cloud.

SAP Business One architecture maintains separate database and disk storage for each customer and company database (tenant). This allows you to customize the solution for your individual needs.

There are 4 type of users in SAP Business One.
Professional – have full access to all modules
Limited CRM – have full access to CRM and After Sales Service module. Limited access to other modules.
Limited Logistics – have full access to Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Production.
Limited Financials – have full access to Accounting and Banking.

We currently provide SAP Business One, version for HANA hosting and subscription only if you have 20 or more users. Please contact sales for more details.


You can start with 1 Professional user.

Yes, you can buy additional users at any point of time.

Reduction will be effective from next year.

You have to sign contract for 1st year. The contract will be automatically renewed for another year at the expiry, unless terminated in advance.

Yes, you can buy perpetual licenses and your own server. We will provide the database and installation support for migrating to on-premises system.You need to pay for On-premise license fee accordingly.

We will give a pro-rata base credit for unused subscription fee, when buying perpetual licenses from us.

You can choose to pay on quarterly, half yearly or yearly advance basis. Discounts are available when paying yearly.

You can pay us by bank transfer or cheque when paying annually. For quarterly payment, we have tied up with XYZ – which will send you quarterly invoice – which should be paid online.

No, you do not require a credit card.

You can purchase 1 Professional user of SAP Business One and install it on a server or computer in your office. We will provide your database backup and migration assistance.


RDP Access uses Windows Remote Desktop services. Certain tools and services can be run in RDP Access only. Also, some add-ons and customizations can be run in RDP Access only.

Yes, you can buy RDP Access for all users by paying an extra fee which is very nominal.


With our several years of experience in implementing SAP Business One, we understand the requirements of various types of businesses. Based on this knowledge we have created general and vertical wise templates. These templates consist of configuration required for respective business. You are up and running on ERP in few days with help of template approach.

This depends on template. Different templates include different degree of customization and configuration. For more details, refer to our verticals section.

With template based implementation, we do not have to spend time in documenting and configuring all requirements. Basic business requirements according to the vertical are included in the template. Only individual customer requirements need to be addressed. This reduces the time and cost of implementation considerably.

Initial setup or implementation includes setting up of database according to your details, migration of existing master data from Excel, online training to users, assistance in creating opening balances.

You can buy additional online support by paying an extra fee. The support is available in multiple of 5 man hours which can be consumed over a number of days.

We also provide on-site implementation and support services for an additional fee.

We ourselves provide on-site support in limited cities only. For other cities we have our support franchisees who can assist you. These franchisees are selected after careful evaluation and are provided training and know-how by us.

Yes, you can use DTW in RDP Access.

Yes, you can use Crystal Reports in RDP Access.

Certain reports or add-ons can be added individually to your subscription. Refer to this page for list and fee.

We support only lightweight extensions. Any add-ons packaged for lightweight deployment can be installed for your company database. The add-ons package will have to be submitted to us for deployment.
